Astellas collaborates with Candex to streamline processes for low value and low risk purchases. This specialized platform is designed to cater to suppliers with an annual spend of 20k per year or less (max of 10k per PO) where a contract is not required, provide a seamless and efficient transaction process for occasional and ad hoc orders.
Candex is simple and easy to use, helping to reduce onboarding time and standardize invoicing and payment for suppliers. Astellas will remain your partner while only the Purchase Order and payment will be processed by Candex.
It means that suppliers get to work with Astellas with a much simpler and faster process that is still aligned with Astellas’ Purchase Order Terms and Conditions
How does it work?
Candex process takes only a few minutes, and the details of your order (with pdf download) will be easily accessible when you register.
Here is a quick summary of the steps:
There is no charge to Astellas suppliers who onboard with Candex.
Suppliers may be invited to onboard directly with Astellas if our spend exceeds the limits for processing via Candex.
Suppliers can track the status of their orders and payments through the CANDEX platform. If there are any issues or delays with payments, CANDEX will work diligently with Astellas and communicate frequently with you to resolve the problem promptly.
